Dr. Walid

Dr. Walid Meouche

Walid Meouche is an assistant professor at the Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS). He completed a B.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of Maine, France in 2007. In 2009, he earned a M.Sc. degree in Molecular Engineering and Functional Materials from the University of Maine, France. In 2012, he received a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry with Excellent distinction and highest honors from the University of Toulon-Sud Var, France. He has a solid background in many areas of nanomaterials, composites, polymeric materials, or innovative building materials, his principal area of interest, as well as his recent research has been in the field of polymers. In the past three years, Dr. Meouche published many papers in internationally refereed journals and participated in many research projects/programs.

Dr. Wassim Itani

He was born in Beirut, Lebanon. He received his B.E. in electrical engineering, with distinction, from the Beirut Arab University (BAU) in 2001, his M.E. in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 2003, and his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from AUB in 2011. Currently he is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at BAU. Wassim has over 40 publications in conferences, journals, and book chapters and 5 years industry experience in designing and implementing enterprise storage solutions in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh. His research interests include cloud computing trust and security protocols, wireless and body sensor networks security and privacy, and cryptographic protocols performance evaluation.

Mr. Nicholas Elie Ayoub

Mr. Nicholas Elie Ayoub was born in Hamat-Batroun, Lebanon. He received his B.B.A in Business Administration from the University of Balamand (UOB) in 2011 and currently pursuing an M.B.A., also at the University of Balamand.
He worked as an assistant at the Career Services Center in University of Balamand which provided him relevant experience working with the Lebanese industry. In addition to Arabic, his mother tongue, he is also fluent in English and French.
